This Privacy Policy explains how Norden Hospitality LLC, which operates Countryview Resort and Sundowner RV Park in Princeton, Texas, collects, uses, and protects your information. It covers our websites, our guest app at app.nordenhospitality.com, and our text messaging program. When we say "we," "us," or "Norden Hospitality," we mean all of the above.
Information we collect
- Contact details such as your name, mobile phone number, email address, and mailing address.
- Stay details such as your reservation dates, site number, and RV or vehicle information.
- Requests and messages you send us, including maintenance requests, propane orders, and text or in-app conversations with our staff.
- Text messaging consent, including whether you opted in, when, and how.
- Content you share in the guest app, such as photos or posts submitted to the community feed.
- Basic technical information like device type, browser, and pages visited, collected automatically when you use our websites or app.
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store full card numbers.
How we use it
- To manage your reservation and stay, including check-in details and gate access
- To respond to your questions, maintenance requests, and propane orders
- To send park notices, safety and weather alerts, and community event announcements
- To send text messages if you've opted in (see below)
- To run, secure, and improve our websites and guest app
- To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations
Text messaging and your mobile number
If you opt in to text messages from Norden Hospitality, we use your mobile number only to send the messages you agreed to and to reply to texts you send us. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party, except the service providers that deliver our messages on our behalf.
When we share information
We don't sell your personal information. We only share it:
- With service providers that help us operate, such as our reservation system, messaging provider, payment processors, and website and app hosting. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
- When required by law, or to protect the safety of our guests, staff, or property.
- As part of a sale or transfer of our business, in which case this policy continues to apply to your information.
How long we keep it
We keep your information as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal and accounting requirements, then delete or anonymize it.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving messages.
- Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
- Contact us to ask for a copy of your information, or to correct or delete it.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit access to the people and providers who need it.
Children
Our services aren't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information.

If we update this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
