These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the websites, guest app (app.nordenhospitality.com), and text messaging program of Norden Hospitality LLC, which operates Countryview Resort and Sundowner RV Park in Princeton, Texas. By using them, you agree to these terms.
Using our websites and guest app
You agree to provide accurate information, keep your account login to yourself, and use the app only for its intended purpose as a guest. Reservations, payments, and your stay are also governed by the rental agreement and park rules you accept when you book.
If you submit photos or posts to the community feed, you confirm you have the right to share them and allow us to display them in the app and on our social media pages. All submissions are reviewed before they appear, and we may decline or remove any content.
SMS Terms
Program description. Norden Hospitality sends text messages to guests of Countryview Resort and Sundowner RV Park who opt in. Messages may include reservation and check-in details, gate access codes, propane and maintenance request updates, park notices and weather alerts, community event announcements, and replies from our staff to questions you text us.
How to opt in. You can opt in by checking the optional text messaging box when you set up your account in our guest app. Consent is not required to make a reservation, create an account, or use the app.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your stay and activity.
Costs. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details about your plan.
Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You'll receive one final message confirming you've been unsubscribed. Reply START to sign up again.
Help. Reply HELP to any message, call 214-449-1533, or email booking@countryviewresort.com.
Carrier liability. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Limitation of liability
Our websites, app, and messages are provided as is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Norden Hospitality isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages from your use of them, including missed or delayed messages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Changes to these terms
If we update these terms, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
